QuickDrop is a filing app for your web based Office Utopia system. It brings people and their documents together into one workspace, enabling high levels of management and collaboration.

Office Utopia offers a complete web based service and solution to construct a custom, managed corporate filing system which is structured to your business. Its secure, shareable, platform independent and fully auditable (ie it tracks who did what and when). It creates a database of your departments, projects and people, plus customers, suppliers and other external partners can be added to create a complete map of how your business works.

Central to the system is a carefully designed filing structure that accurately describes how documents are stored each time, every time. This business related filing structure creates an easy view of your documents in context, with full version control and history.

The QuickDrop app automatically controls filing in the predefined structure you have chosen. Users have access (dependent upon their access rights) to create, view, or modify files and the information associated with them. A complete history is maintained of the user and their interaction with each and every document.

The user simply sends files of any type to the app and is then prompted to add additional information. Expiry dates, future required actions, descriptions and other notes can all be included. This information is then stored alongside the file inside Office Utopia, allowing the global reporting system to track and notify users of changes, edits and actions associated with each file.
